Refund policy

At Galaxy Glam, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Share your order number and product pictures on WhatsApp or email in  4 to 5 days.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed as soon as possible

Please note:

  • Used/opened beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items are non-refundable
